I had to go to the shop three times to check on the repairs when I was told it was completed. The first time, I had to tell Gregg marucci that the car was missing a sound insulation pad under the spare tire, and it was missing some clips on the rear bumper, and the paint was very poorly done. Gregg got very defensive because I was concerned about the panel gaps, and he said, ‘if you walked past this car in a parking lot and you didn’t know it was in a crash, could you tell?’ And I said I didn’t know and he said, ‘well I will tell you, you wouldn’t be able to tell.’ The second time I paid the deductible and got in the car to leave and I realized that there was no seatbelt buckle. I had to wait for them to order a new buckle. I finally picked it up the third time I went. He did fill the tank when I picked it up which was nice, but really a small gesture compared to the headaches I put up with.

I didn’t notice until I got home. Poor paint job, paint runs in the stepwell, dirt in the paint along with a noticeable scratch on the door, over spray on the top of the door and the top of the car and there are marks on my windshield that won’t come off.
