A minor fender bender. Initial completion estimate was 11/02. Then 11/09. Then 11/14. Then 11/16. Then another text today, won't commit to a date, sounds like it will get delayed again. Called to complain. Car gets finished in two hours. Feel like car was unnecessarily kept for a long time for a week more, on work that could have been finished in two hours. Constant delay of completion date caused me to inconvenience family members, getting and returning a rental car, etc.

My engine area and the interior of my vehicle has paint dust throughout those location. The paint dust even made it into the air vents. A little more care for the interriors of my vehicle would have been nice.
