I just want to say Thank You! I thought during the drop off the gentleman was rude. He seemed annoyed & question the vehicle being considered non-drivable but due to everything leading up to that point the insurance agent I was working with decided to list it that way. She was hoping the situation wouldn't continue to inconvenience me & get me back whole as quickly as possible.
