I was very happy with how the repair process was handled very nice people very friendly.

All was good but not sure of the paint job yet. Eas anrainy fay and cloudy so i will see it better in the daylight. Everything and everyone else was simply great!

Car looks perfect! Terri is always a joy to talk to and great setting up car rental and keeping me informed. But I really want to thank the people who cleaned my dirty car THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH, THAT WAS NOT EXPECTED BUT TRUELY APPRECIATED. I've been bringing my car to this location to have repaired for many years and will continue for many more. Thank your men and Terri for a job well done ????

Very very good finished my car sooner than I was expecting to be a help to me because I was having to pay for a rental car.every one was nice and helpful plus my car looks great.good job!!!

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Drew and Terri were both extremely helpful along the entire process. I was kept informed through every step in the repair. Although there was a tiny glitch concerning a check engine light, Drew got the problem fixed immediately. I feel like Drew and Terri go above and beyond to make a very stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. I am extremely satisfied with both the customer service I received and the repair work is excellent as well

Service was timely, reasonable, and made the exterior of the car look brand new. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to give superior customer service. We got texts and calls to update the progress. When we asked for the car to be ready a few hours earlier than schedule, they went out of their way to be accommodating. Excellent job!!! I will refer others in the future. Thank you!! We are very pleased!!!

I've only had my vehicle back a day but so far it looks great. I was surprised and impressed my vehicle was cleaned inside and out.

Overall, Service King provided the BEST customer service I have ever received. Their commitment to always keep me updated and informed on each step of the process of repairing my car was exceptional. I would trust them again with dealing with my car. Great job! And I want to say thank you to each and every person that provided service for me.

I had to call two days later to have the estimate emailed to me, when it was supposed to be sent when my car was dropped off in the afternoon. I got the run around saying your car will be done this day. When it wasn't completed until three days later! I get there at 5 to pick up my car and it still wasn't ready. I waited for it to be done. Every time I have called or came in, I always got the answer of "sorry we're short staffed" or "sorry our detailer is out today". I kept getting the text updates which were completely wrong! My estimate said it would take 11 days and it actually took 15 days. I understand things happen and I usually don't complain. But it was constantly one thing after another and I am not Satisfied at ALL! And will never use this body shop again or recommend it to others. Not to mention when I left the lady said "you might get a survey from us and you have to give us all tens." Sorry but I'm going to rate the experience I had and not lie.
