The damage was not completely repaired. There was still a small cracked panel on the bumper grill, as well as the lower brush guard from the front bumper being missing and not replaced or reinstalled. Not sure who overlooked this but I would think it important to address all issues when doing a repair. Also, I had asked that the car be prepared by 1pm and I don’t believe that information was passed on, so the prep was rushed and the car was not washed, and most likely the other items were overlooked as well. What I did like was how quickly my car was returned, but I believe this also had a negative impact since the attention to detail was not given. The customer service was friendly, the information provided by text was okay, but I personally don’t care for text messages. I would do business with Service King again if these items were addressed.
