Kyle made this process go extremely smoothly. He was kind, honest and well spoken. He took great care of us as a customer. Our car looks wonderful, run smoothly and was cleaned inside and out! Our insurance company highly recommended the body shop and we are happy we took their advice. The insurance company worked smoothly with the shop, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

The body work was great and customer service as well. I was disappointed that the car was not cleaned on the inside, though. It looked like it was vacuumed a little, (and not very well at all), but nothing else was done to the inside. I was under the impression an auto detailing would clean up better than that. Also, I know this isn't your fault, but the rental car was also dirty and smelled like a wet dog. You should make sure to let Hertz know. Anyway, thank you for the good body work and friendly service.
