I liked the people, who were nice and respectful, and the work was good. I liked the email updates and the early completion of the job. I liked how they worked with my insurance company. There was only one little snag. My car was scheduled to be in the shop for more than a month. It's electric, so I called to ask them to make sure to keep it charged because the people at Tesla said the batteries shouldn't be allowed to get down to zero. The person at the shop assured me that "we take very good care of the Teslas and keep an eye on the charge and don't let them run down." Fast forward a couple of weeks...we get an urgent message from the car: Charge Now! It was down to 6 miles (2%) and if I didn't call the shop to ask them to plug it in right away, I think it would've run out. I'm glad it happened during business hours!

Car was dirty outside and inside. Since, it’s a new car which has hardly been used, it was very easy to spot all the dark spots on sears and floors. After we pointed it out, our rep cleaned it all up but some stains on car seats and ceiling look permanent. Rep did her job well but clearly care hadn’t been taken while fixing an expensive car. Seats should have been protected. The exterior of the car was full of dust and inside had shoe marks on doors, second row seats, and mats. That was very disappointing. It’s something that can be improved upon. Dealing with our rep was positive and pain free. We are hoping that repairs we’ll done.

My full vehicle has a flat and faded coat look I'm very dissapointed with the service this time around my vehicle looks worse than what I took it in. Should focus on repair it was taken in for and not damage the rest of the vehicle. I took my vehicle because your previous service was 5 stars this time around your service on my vehicle was the worse.
