Job well done. However, the inside panels on the back are not completely secured to the backdoor. Further, the inside panel (vinal) were not cleaned (I need to get some vinal cleaner to finish the cleaning).

The experience right from delivery of the vehicle for repair, being dropped off and picking up the vehicle and seeing the quality of repair (like brand new) was extremely satisfying. I felt in safe hands and at home all the way.

It was easy to get the car into the shop and get the rental car through Enterprise. We appreciate having pickup and drop off for the rental car at SAB.
The rear end repair seems to be OK thus far.
My husband picked up the car when it was "repaired". The day after picking it up, he drove it more than a few miles and then noticed that the control panel backlights were not working and that an odd smell was coming through the air handling system.
He returned the car to the shop and the backlight was fixed. He was told that he had to take the car to another shop to determine if the air handling smell was related to the accident or not and to coordinate that with our insurance company. I think he said that the car is idling rougher than before the repair also.
Getting complete resolution on the repair through Allstate and Sunnyvale Auto Body is taking much longer than we expected. I am out of the area with our other car, and my husband works more than full-time, so the ongoing issues are becoming more frustrating.
To this point, we have been told both by Sunnyvale Auto Body and Allstate that we have to continue to take time out and pay expenses for issues that were not issues before the car went into the shop, or before it was hit.
That's the summary of the situation thus far.
