When i received me vehicle, it was filthy inside. Still had dust on the seat belts and throughout the car. I will never allow car struction to earn my business ever again, this lack of regard for the cleanliness of my vehicle mirrors the workmanship of my repairs. I can hear air flowing and what sounds lack creaking sounds that i never heard prior to the accident.

Your customer service was great I couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing I would have line was to be called about the other fog light. The one that was fixed due to the damage is of course brand new but the older one looks so out of place. I probably would have paid for the other to be replaced so they matched. But I didn’t get questioned about that.

Nathan made everything very seamless which is very important to my family. My husband is TDY and I had my 2 year old and I’m 7.5 months pregnant. Whenever I had questions Nathan always answered to the best of his ability and told me there was no dumb questions. He explained everything in ways that I would understand and if anything was delayed or finished ahead of time I knew I was sure to get a call! I hope to never be in an accident again but if I am I will definitely be coming back to car struction.
