Poor communication. Overpriced. Car looks great but I feel the insurance company is being gouged. Larry jones bordered in rude and flippant. Didn't bother to come out and go over what was done to car. Claimed I was left messages about car being done but there us not one message on cell or home. I will voice my concerns to my agent.
