I filled one of these out two weeks ago, with a promise from you all that you would follow up. My car was in your shop for two and a half months, and for much of that time I was receiving messages about when the car would be ready that had no basis in reality. Barring a good explanation for why it took so long, I would never recommend anyone use MJ collision again.

I was happy with the service on my car, but more than that, the man that helped me throughout, and kept me informed was absolutely wonderful. His name is Mike. Unfortunately I do not know his last name. He was so friendly and helpful and was great with my grandchildren. They now think he’s their best friend. Mike is a real asset to your company and I hope that you realize that.

Communication was terrible. When I could get them on the phone they were great, but I felt left in the dark. I left messages with expeditor multiple times and didn’t get a call back. I talked to receptionists about issue getting a call back and they were polite and understanding and said they would help make sure it was communicated that I needed a call back. Still didn’t get one. Additionally I asked service to be done on a leaking tire at drop off, they said they would put a note on file and get it taken care of, it did not. Please call me and I would be happy to share. Not sure how to remedy this now, but certainly felt like I provided opportunities during. One last thing: I started receiving emails for me to rate service at least two weeks before I was able to get my car back, why? Would after service is complete that I receive this request? ****-****-xxxx please call, let’s chat. I’ve been in customer service my whole life, so I will be professional about it.
