There were three dents in my hood. The big dent was repaired. The medium sized dent is still semi-visible. The small dent was not touched. I will be back tomorrow for you to fix it. Also, upon pick-up, the scratches on my fender were not touched although it was stated in the work done. I had to wait for that to be buffed out. Please contact me ASAP.

Missed completion date. I prepaid 500 deductible so that I could pick up after hours. I was on day off at completion. Short notice made it difficult to pick up vehicle. That was my problem living 25 miles away from shop. Missed delivery just made a last minute scramble for logistics to retrieve vehicle. GOOD NEWS So far I am very pleased with all work performed at Maze Auto Repair I have not gone through repaired damage and had the peace of mind guarantee issued at completion. That gave me assurance of quality of work done at Maze Auto I liked texts updating progress of repair Great for both parties Overall I rated Maze a 10 I rated 9 on missed delivery date Should need arise I will definitely use Maze as a preferred repair for Farmers Ins. I was told 10 day service on my car, it took 24 days. I made my decision to use Maze because of their estimated time off service. I feel like I was duped into your service by false promises. When I called about delays (your automated text alerts are a joke), I received no return calls, no apologizes or no offers to compensate me for the extra rental car cost. I would not use your service again and will discourage others from doing so.

The repair itself took one day longer than expected and it made absolutely no difference to me because I recognized the high level of service and attentiveness. Thank you! Fender that was painted has scratches on it.Couldn't see when picked up it was cloudy out.On Saturday when sun came out I seen them.

My car wasn't properly repainted, my bent wheel wasn't replaced, the holes made in the brand new bumper are too far apart so I can't attach my front license plate. The car wasn't realigned, it pulls hard to the right when my wheel is straight.
