Please tell the expert that fixed the damage to the Excursion that he is THE BEST! I applaud his courage in taking on the challenge that few could imagine. Good, old fashioned skill and experience: an unbeatable combination. As for Brad: thank you for taking a hard look at my problem and figuring just how it might be solved, and getting it done! And the rest of your team were a pleasure to deal with: Gary, Jerry (a fabulous PR asset, in case you weren't aware) and all the people that I spoke with over the course of the work, and the office staff that had my bill ready and waiting.
