I was satisfied mostly except my radio was jammed when I brought it in but put a new one in and now is plays volume like the speaker is blown so I have to pay for a diagnostic test in which they can say the speaker was blown or amp but it wasn't when it was brought in the shop

The staff focused on the comfort and knowledge of the repair process. Upon arriving at the repair shop, the staff was kind courteous and people oriented. When my vehicle was returned to me, it was showroom clean, and the office staff asked if I was satisfied and my reply was a resounding "yes". I will recommend this shop to anyone needing body repairs.

Thankful for the daily updates on what was happening with the car repair. Being this was my first time going to a auto repair shop. I wasn't sure what to expect. Assistance with connecting me with car rental was really a big help and a smooth process. I have never rented a car before . I am thankful that us auto and enterprise are both working together.
