Craig did a great job texting me and keeping me informed. The wait time on parts was long and out if their control. There was some miscommunication and I didn’t follow up on thinking it was understood. I take full responsibility. I wish I had followed up on better. Craig was kind and always helpful.

A major item was left off during the reinstall after the body work was done. I had to call the body shop on it, and make another visit back to get everything put together correctly

I really appreciate the work you did restoring my vehicle. I feel like I looked my vehicle over very carefully and was very pleased. I can only offer a super minor critique. The antenna was left off in the back seat. It was trivial to put back myself. I don't even use the radio, so this could have been more of a gripe to someone else.
