Miracle came highly recommended which is why I'm greatly disappointed because it felt like they gave up in fixing my car. Once company got paid, I didn't get the help I needed with a nonworking door. I'm glad Preston Hood Collision came to the rescue. Preston Hood personnel cared and understood that it wasn't an aberration plus were willing to investigate. Preston Hood proved that not all the parts were replaced.

The staff was very friendly and got the repairs done faster than estimated, due to the inconvenience it was for us to be w/out our vehicle. It was a nice added bonus to get the van back cleaner than it was when we dropped it off! Pleasant surprise and superb customer service! Thanks for everything!

Was told 3 days to repair and took 8! Came to pick up car and it was completely covered in pollen with water white marks on floor liners like detainees boots dragged soap through car. Not easy to inspect repair of car if cant see car through polen.

While the old parts look really old next to the new or refurbished parts, the old part are eight years old, so it comes as no surprise. Nevertheless, the repair looks great. As always you have done an excellent job. Thank you. Bal Balanzategui.
