I'm a two time customer of Miracle Strip. I chose Miracle Strip the second time because of the outstanding customer service. This is a great group of professionals who put customers first. I like the text update feature and I really like the fact they washed my truck. It's those little things that make the difference. Outstanding staff and crew!

The gentlemen working there did a great job explaining to me everything that needed to be done to my husband's car. They also did a great job emailing me daily updates on the car's progress as well as calling me to keep me updated towards the end, so I knew when to pick it up! They were really friendly.

Excellent customer service, not only was the repair done in a timely manner but it looked like a new car! Also, the notifications sent to our phones was a fabulous idea! Couldn't be more happy with our experience.
