All repairs were done to a level of excellence well above our expectations. But caution should be taken when providing ETIC'S,and insure that you contact or call back your customers when you say you will. If estimated completion dates and times are not met and the customer does not have the use of a rental car things can get challenging for the anxious customer, to meet appointments and other commitments, especially the wife (her car). Repair actions exceptional / customer service communication needs tweaking. "Job Well Done"

My second time doing business with miracle strip body shop. It was a easy process. And once again they did an excellent job with the repairs. Kept me up to date and delivered my truck earlier than projected. They even cleaned it up and shined the wheels. Highly recommend this body shop

It took 6 weeks to repair my car. And when I would call for answers, sometimes they had an answer and other times they didn't. I just couldn't understand why such a small car took so very long
