The no answer is about the final inspection of the repairs that should have been done on the vehicle on all areas that were touched to repair. There was a problem with the latch on the passenger side that was left uncheck when exiting the vehicle and it would not open. We returned the vehicle to the repair shop and they discovered the latch wire inside the door area disconnected and they immediately reinstalled it and the latch was functional again. That is the only issue we had encountered since we have been coming to your repair facility since the late 90"s.Otherwise the overall repair on the outside of the vehicle was done in a professional manner and we are satisfied. My suggestion to the representative or manager is to fully conduct a quality check on all areas affected or touched to insure they function properly before releasing the vehicle back to customers. Communication before, during and after were excellent. The repair is correct, panel alignment and color match are spot-on, and the minor problem with my car was repaired quickly and professionally.
