The entire experience with having Miracle Strip Body Shop handle repairs to my vehicle was a great! They handled everything. They kept me posted on a daily basis about the status of the repairs. Who does that?! Plus the employees are pleasant and helpful. Not only all of that, but my vehicle was finished and ready for me early. I will most definitely refer friends and family to Miracle Strip Body Shop!

I appreciated the communication; however, it would have been more useful if it contained specifics, such as the time on Thursday the car would be ready by. This would have greatly helped me to plan when/how to pick it up.

Very nice job on the body work and painting, but there were finger prints and smudges of grease or dirt everywhere on adjacent services. That detracted from my overall impression of the work. Basically, the final cleaning could have been better.Details such as thesemake a difference.The rest of the service was professional and delivered with courtesy. Thank you,
