My hood was in alignment, my taillights and dash lights worked when I brought the vehicle in but now the lights don't work and the hood doesn't open correctly. The rep made a point of saying the car was driveable when I picked it up but clearly it's not driveable without taillights.

Customer service was excellent!!! Staff was always welcoming and friendly!!! Expedient ability to make appointments for estimates and schedule days for work to be completed. Quick turnover from beginning to completion of work done. Amazing notifications/communication as to the progress of work being performed on vehicle!!! Superior work performed!!! Car looks brand new, like it’s never been damaged!!!

I am very happy with the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism. Miracle Strip Body Shop worked on my truck with frequent updates keeping me aware of their progress. Of note, I was out of town when my truck was ready and Jessica & Craig worked with my schedule to get my vehicle back to me preventing me having to wait till Monday. Thanks guys!

My wife and I are extremely happy with the repair work to my wife’s 2017 Nissan Rogue that your team completed on Tuesday, and we picked up yesterday!
