I’m completely satisfied with the repair, but I spent a lot of unnecessary time at car rental and Tony’s because my car wasn’t ready on Friday like I was told. I returned the rental, waited for a ride to tony’s , then when I got my car and we were looking it over, my trunk would not open and it had been prior to being rear ended. So they kept my car, took me back to rental place, I got another rental which was both time consuming and irritating. I have my car now after waiting 30 minutes when picking up the second time . I love the repair but I wasted a lot of valuable time and energy.

Every single person I encountered was professional and friendly. They constantly kept me updated during the whole process. My insurance didn’t want to pay for a tire alignment and out of courtesy Chris took care of that! Great customer service! My car was ready early and the repair looked amazing. I will definitely recommend your shop to all my friends. Thank you for a job well done.
