Showtime's customer service exceeded my high expectations. Their pride of ownership shined through with every friendly phone call and status of my repair text messages. From their immaculate showroom and grounds, to the beautiful auto body and detail work they did on my truck; I am very pleased and impressed! Lastly, the candy bar was a perfect touch!

The folks at Custom Coach are all very professional and friendly. They keep you informed....I got an email from them before I had to call! My car was delivered to me beautifully repaired and clean. Their office, if you have to wait, is very nice and very clean. Custom Coach gets an A+ from me!

Your team was top shelf first class. The customer service experienced was unlike no other collision repair business. You are in a class of your own from the amazing atmosphere in the office, childrens tresure chest, handling the rental request, timely txt updates and after hours accommodations. I am confident that the quality of repairs is just as good, but the hassle free experience makes the repairs seem insignificant. Payne Family

Whenever you have to have your car repaired no matter who's fault it is it's inconvenient and a hassle Dealing with this experience with Showtime made it as painless and enjoyable as it can be! They kept me notified through every step of the process. Their customer service is on point! When I picked up my vehicle they had everything ready for me to process out quickly and my car was back to normal, looking as good as new! If I ever have to go through this again I will only come to showtime! And I would highly recommend them to any one else looking for a great auto body repair shop .
