Being in a car accident can be a very stressful time. We are so thankful that our car was taken care of at Showtime Custom Coach their friendly staff, prompt service and quality work made an unfortunate situation turn out alright. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions! We were updated regualary on the status of our repair and when it came time to pick up our car it was returned to us in perfect condition. I couldn’t believe the quality and care they put into our repair. I hope I’m never in a situation like we found oursleves in but they will be the first place we go to if we find ourselves in need of a body shop. We can’t thank them enough for taking care of us!

Our car looks fabulous! Thanks to the whole team at Showtime who provide such excellent & personal customer service & professional results! Our car looks even better than when it was driven off the lot for the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair after an accident. They give great attention to details. Kudos & thumbs up!

First, my car is a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali, sparkly black. They did a fantastic job! My car was attacked by loose dogs who scratched three of my four doors, the bumper and the hood. The damage looked pretty bad to me. Showtime Custom Coach was able to buff out all of the scratches. Additionally, there was a factory defect on the fender where the paint didn’t get applied in three small spots and the metal was showing. I didn’t want it to rust. They gave me two options, one cost effective and the other, more expensive option if it was going to look like new. The cost effective option was spot touching it up. The more expensive option was sanding down the fender and reapplying primer, then paint, and lastly, the clear coat. Since I wanted my car Ultimar costed by the dealer, I went the more expensive route. I was a little nervous because the dealerships don’t give out paint and Showtime was going to have to match my car’s paint which is black with complex colored sparkles in it. When I saw my car, I almost fell over because he was so gorgeous! He looked factory new! I am very picky and have an artist’s trained eye and I couldn’t tell that the paint wasn’t from the dealership! It matched perfectly!!! Not only was Showtime able to fix all of the damage, but they detailed my car inside and out better than anyone ever has before! It was so clean that when I drove it in to the dealership two hours away to get Ultimar coated, they didn’t need to charge me for cleaning my car! I couldn’t be happier! Their customer service was also top notch. They were friendly and efficient the whole way through the process. I was very surprised at the beginning of the process when I had tentatively said that there was a “possibility” of bringing my car in, and they still called me to find out if it was still a good day to bring in my car. Nobody has ever followed up that well. Thank you so much to the whole team at Showtime Custom Coach for your 5 star service! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.
