My car was rear ended and there was damage done to the trunk lid and bumper. I took my car to Pacific Coast Auto Body and Don and his team did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job in restoring my car. It looked as though it was brand new! Don also went out of his way to check on my battery since my car was firing short during ignition. This was not part of the repair, but he did go ahead and find out what was causing the issue. I appreciated that very much. I was extremely happy with the job Don and his team have done and would recommend Pacific Coast Auto Body to anyone. My car looks really nice now! I'm a happy customer! 5 stars!

They treat you like family. They are family owned and you get to work with Don Jr. or Tammy, the owners. I was in a three car accident and it took awhile to get all of the insurance companies to cooperate but the entire time I received exemplary customer service from Pacific Coast Auto Body. I have had them work on two of my vehicles and I will return there again if needed. They stand behind their work and they do a great job. I encourage anyone reading this to go with them rather than a corporate shop. I have used corporate shops in the past but after working with them I will be taking all my vehicles to them as long as I live in San Diego. They do a great job and you are a name, not a number like some of the corporate places I have been to in the past. I highly recommend them!

i like the way Don told me about what i need in my car. he's very straight forward and honest in answering my questions. he also told what i need to expect at the end of the job with my car. i would surely reccomend this shop to my friends.
