It was easy working with**** Autopoint. We were not able to make it there during business hours a single time, and even so it was easy to get an estimate, drop and pick up our vehicle for service. I was able to pay over the phone and communication was very good, by both email and by phone. Great experience and I would bring my car back again for service.

The repair, as this is my second time using your repair shop, was great!!! The communication between service and the body shop is lacking. I don't understand why the systems don't communicate. If I call service for repairs on a headlight replacement and I'm suppose to go to the body shop, how come they don't know that until I bring my car in, the tell me I need the body shop. Also, they call my wife and tell her that she missed an appointment that I went to and could not be serviced? Communication is key. The company needs to work together.
