My horn doesn't work now, and it's part of a normal required safety inspection. Yes, all other repairs have been done, but the answer I was given was to just drop off the truck, and they will try to fix. But, I have no other car, or way of transportation. Wasn't offered a loaner. It will cost me to rent another car just for the horn.

They did a good job fixing my car. The service was excellent and they also did a good job cleaning it out. I really appreciated your staff keeping me informed of the status. Also, an extra thanks to Max, who was in charge of this project and the receptionist who helped me a lot.
I also appreciated that I was able to drop off the loaner car at your facility so I didn't need anybody to come with me to return it.

Team was very helpful! Max Tinsley was very helpful, lady at front desk was very helpful, even when I wasn’t happy, she still helped me and understood why I was mad. It wasn’t the**** service, it was my insurance that screwed up. But overall very happy.
