The work was done beautifully and restored to originally. You wouldn't even tell it was in an accident. I would have like more updates on progress and maybe a little faster service, although it was an older vehicle so it might have taken longer to received parts.

I requested the undercarriage of my car inspected. The shroud feel came off on freeway almost wrecked. I'm not sure why wasn't assessed before.releqsimg the car back to me

Had window problems after my side mirror was replaced. Rep stated it could be the regulator damaged from impact. He planned to contact insurance to add to claim. I called G and C a few days later and same Rep stated he has not heard back from insurance. I called Geico the next week and Insurance was never contacted. Also I had problems with the mirror after repair was done. Another mirror needed be ordered and when it came it was defective therefore another replacement was ordered. The express service advertised by Geico was not express. After several days for repairs I still had to come back two more times for this mirror.
