I was very impressed with the follow up skills from your institution. Without you updates I would have had to chase my insurance company repeatedly for information. Everything was followed to the letter, with no incidents and any snafus that came up (on the insurance company's end) I was promptly made aware of so I could resolve it. I don't think I could have had a better experience and will keep your shop in mind for any future needs.
