Love the text feature!! great all around. The expediter is a bit high strung and needs to relax. She was pleasant but you could tell that she might blow at the smallest provocation.

To all who were involved in repairing my 2011 Chevrolet Impala I was so surprised that my car was detailed and it was so amazing and the repairs I had did a lot of damage to my car with an accident and the promptness of the repairs the friendliness of everybody that work in the office answered my crazy questions nope gave me the opportunity to help any who is this really nice to have that good of a local connection I've used the body shop in the past with my friends and family but it was really nice that do you have that same family feeling continue throughout the time that you've been in the community

They were very efficient in processing my claim. They handled everything with the insurance company. My car was also cleaned beautifully inside and out.

Very good work. Missed a few things before it was said good to go. But staff jumped all over it and did not stop until problem was fixed. Bastrop body and paint will be getting my support and business again !

One of the two women in the office was so rude to me that I have been telling everyone I know not to go to this shop. I was there for a simple repair, and she quoted me at 48/hr labor and billed me for ****.5 hrs labor. The repair only took 20 mins and I asked her why I had to pay for ****.5 hrs labor she told me that what what the computer told her so I had to pay that. I paid, but was unhappy with repair. I went back inside and asked her questions about it, she rudely told me to give her the keys back and she would undo repair. She refunded me, I sat down to wait and she told me "you can sit over there" across the room from her desk. I asked her if this is how she always deals with customer concerns and she replied "With customers like you." I was not rude or did anything to provoke this attitude. I will share my terrible experience there on Yelp, GoogleLocal and any other websites that let me rate businesses. Never been treated so disrespectfully at a place of business. If word of mouth is worth anything you have lost many future customers, not only myself.

Very professional work with repairing the damage done to my F150. Looks like a brand new truck! If you have records, you will find that we have used Bastrop Body and Paint since the mid 80's -- we have never had any body work done elsewhere since.

Sorry that the insurance adjuster's idea of repairing a vehicle isn't as a high quality as Bastrop Body and Palin's idea is. I would recommend to everyone. Hope that when I am ready to paint my '68 Ford Falcon, you will paint the whole car for me. :)
