They were so flexible and completed my car a day early! They kept me updated on costs and schedule.

Car delivered sooner than expected. But big, dusty footprints (not mine) were left on driver’s side floor carpet. I expected more care with cleanup after the job was finished.

Cori and Sal were both over the top professional. The texting system was great. Hope I don't have to return in the future but if I ever need bodywork done again I definitely will.

Where do I start? From the moment I stepped in and was greeted by the women in the front office, to Sal who provided me the initial estimate, to Angel who met me when I dropped off my Toyota. Then when they estimated the repairs would be done in a week and by golly it was! To top it all off, I have severe eye issues that are preventing me from seeing clearly all the time so I had no way to pick up my Toyota. My wife called and talked with Tanya who said she would see what she could do to help us out. The next thing we knew, Tanya called us back and said they would deliver the SUV to our home! Not only were we so thankful, but when Mike and Megan drove up to our house, not only were we grateful, but we are truly impressed! It is obvious that the personal care comes from the top and is evident in all the employees we met! Many thanks to everyone at Advanced Auto Body!!!

Great customer service. Overall, satisfied with repair.

My 2014 Corvette sustained significant damage from hitting a chunk of concrete and debris in the road. Advanced auto body worked with my insurance company to get authorization for a full repair of all damages. They didn't cut corners. They used original equipment and parts from GM to fix the car. They did it in a timely,manner on schedule. I received daily text messages. Sal the adjuster did a fantastic job in answering all of my questions and concerns. I would rate the entire experience with 5 Stars!!!
