Pick up was very slow. The car was not washed and vaccines. I was told that the touch up painting of the nicks on the drivers side door were complementary. There was a $32 charge on the invoice for this.

A Job Well Done. Donny greeted me and kept me informed from start to finish.

The front lateral panel (above wheel) is somewhat loose and requires tightening. This is especially evident comparing it with the contralateral panel, which was not touched. I will bring the car back to re-tighten this piece. Everything else seems to be fine. Thank you. Miguel R

Staff members- particularly Tim- were lovely. Car repair took Incrediby long- 15 days- very stressful. Can't image the repair work could not be more efficiently completed.

Detail inside not as clean as expected. Outside did not look like it was buffed at all. I also requested the "dent guy" look at my car as the body shop recommended, in the 8 hours my car was in the shop he did not look at or fix the dent and I was told when I picked up my "finished car" that he could come in a few minutes, at the time of pick up I was in a hurry to get to an appointment.
