Overall service is good and Marc and other staff are super friendly and helpful. I just feel that this shop services so many cars that my car does not get the full attention. They forgot few stuff on my repair - the interior rip on the carseat was not fixed at all it seems and only programmed 2 keys out of 3 although i gave all 3.

I really appreciated the way you accommodated the fact that I came in initially as self-pay and then transitioned to an insurance claim. I wish you had given me some coaching about how that would work. For example, I didn't know that I shouldn't deposit the check from the insurance company.

Will be coming back shortly to review - already discussed with front desk regarding the front bumper not being completely aligned. Also have noticed a green scratch or scuff that was not previously on my vehicle that may not have been buffed out completely by the team.

I was extremely happy with all the service that I got from Alameda autobody shop. I feel like I have a brand new car my 2011 Toyota Camry looks like it just came out of that showroom floor. You did a great job thank you so much. I hope I don't need you again, but I know where to go if I need to get my car repaired and I'm telling everybody the same thing I'm spreading the good news. I love these guys. So straight ahead and fair. Great work and communications. They did above and beyond on my car. The work was cosmetic and out of my pocket due to normal wear and tear. I shopped the job around and they killed it. Give them a try. GR
