My experience with Santa Margarita Body Shop was the most pleasant of the entire process after a hit and run. After weeks of dealing with insurance companies, your industry knowledge took my stress away. Because of your shared knowledge, I was able to get my deductible back. I don't think any other body shop would take the time to educate me on my rights. Eventually my matter was settled but nobody else provided empathy or understanding. You guys did, thank you! My car looks great but the customer service is what I will remember.

There is a vibration in the steering wheel at 40 mph that gets progressively worse as speed increases. I wonder if the 2 front wheels were rebalanced when they were repaired.
