Thank you to Rudy for all his help in getting my repair work done. I went to two other auto body shops for what I thought was a simple repair. They never got back to me. Going to 19th Auto Body Center, they worked with me so the whole process was seamless, and Rudy was a big part of that. Thanks team!

I was able to take the car in for an estimate within hours of the accident which was great. Car repair looked beautiful (and loved that car was cleaned inside and out). Rudy was always helpful. The one glitch was that I didn’t get notified for several days that the estimate had been approved by AAA (apparently it was later that day), until I finally called the auto shop to ask. It might have been AAA that dropped the ****, but it delayed ordering parts and making the repair appointment.

My car was at 19th Auto Body for 7 days before the source of the water leak and damage was identified. This is concerning for me because when I left the car, I was told the likely source of the leak was the drains around the sunroof. On the 7th day when I called for a status, I was told no source of the leak had been identified and maybe I simply left the windows opened. When I left the car, there was 4 inches of water on the back passenger floor and NO water damage on the seat, including my granddaughter's carseat that was on that side. I was furious. The next day, I was called and told the source of the leak had been identified - the sunroof drains. The drains were repaired within a day and then the "supply chain" delays started. I don't doubt there are supply chain issues. However I believe the delay was in identifying the source of the leak and then immediately ordering the parts. As a result of the delays, I used my 20 days of rental car coverage and had to pay for 2 days out of pocket. !9th Avenue Auto previously repaired damage to my car. 3 weeks after pick up my car, I am overall pleased with the quality of the work.
