Everything that should have gotten done got done, got done right, and got done on time. Personnel were unfailingly polite. The entire place, including the mechanics' work area, was clean. And the rental-car handoff was flawless.

Jack Lee was very knowledgable and quick to attend to my car needs. He was friendly and kept me up to date with all the services I needed. He even helped me obtain a car rental while my car was being repaired after an accident. I would highly recommend him without hesitation. He was excellent.
