Precision Toyota Collision Center

We were very happy with the total experience. Starting with the receptionist who was very delightful and Jamie who took over after that. When I picked up my car, one of the ladies noticed that my back light was out and she called me right away. They fixed it quickly and I was on my way. Do not remember the ladies name, but she went above and beyond.

the regular update was really nice too.

I have had several past experiences with body shops in different states....and I was not expecting any better service from the Collision Center than I had had at those. Well, I was very pleasantly shocked at the high quality of professionalism I received at this shop. From the first contact with their rep, Jane, everything was done as promised. I was kept informed daily via email, of their progress and Jane kept in touch by phone. The women at the front desk are smart, efficient and very pleasant to work with. But the best thing was how beautiful my car looked. The body work was beyond excellent. And they even cleaned the inside before I picked it up! Thanks Toyota! Kat

Although driving a Subaru I was happy to discover that Precision Toyota is a AAA approved facility. From a previous experience I hold high regards for this center in general and for the highly professional and reliable service by Jane Jenkins. Overall quality rare in Tucson area.
