John is very accurate of time frame and updates us the status constantly. This is my second time that Diablo Auto Body repaired my car in last six months. I was frustrated with the incident that we’d been hit, but people at Diablo Auto are nice and they do paper work so quickly that was great! Thank you! They even cleaned my car. I liked it.
