Excellent job - my car looks great, runs like new, and I couldn't be happier with it!

The vehicle was said to be ready two times and both times the vehicle was not in an acceptable state. The first time, 3 wheels were still damaged, the front and rear bumper paint did not match the quarter panels and the right front/rear lower control arms were damaged and not repaired. The 2nd time, the were blemishes in the clear coat due to incomplete polishing (it was fixed on site), there were still open holes in the door sill that were identified in the previous visit, and worst of all the wheel alignment was unacceptable causing the vehicle to pull to the right under hard acceleration and feel generally unstable going over undulations in the road. I had to pay for a proper shop to do the alignment which corrected the issue. At minimum I would request that CarStar cover the cost of the additional work I had to pay for.

Everyone was super friendly and thorough. From start to finish my car was fixed in less than a week. They even kept my car for a few more days since I was in the hospital with covid. Definitely would get my car fixed there again if I need to.

Other than the Jeep Overland badge that supposed to be on the lift gate being in my cup holder, all work was completed and no problems and the work looks good. Thank you for finishing a week earlier than the estimate said.

I needed to have my car washed before bringing it for hail damage repair. when I received it back, the outside and floor mats were dirty. I think it would be better quality service if the cars are cleaned.

Repairs not completed in a timely fashion. Vehicle had to be worked on when we arrived to pick it up. Final bill more than double estimate. Not properly cleaned. Very dissatisfied.
