Worst experience with an auto body shop ever the communication between the autobody shop, and my insurance was horrible. I had to become a mediator. I paid for a part on my car to get replace that was outside of the claim. The part was not put on the vehicle. I had pointed out to the staff and asked for a refund. The paint does not match the original paint there’s drip lines on the door handle, there was blinking auto body damage done to the front hood of my car that I had to bring back and point out to the shop. I was going to originally do a claim with my insurance, but I spoke with the manager **** or Stacy she assured me it would get taken care of that was four weeks ago, and I have not heard from them yet , horrible, horrible experience, completely unprofessional

We only needed our door and panel done. Not the entire front of our car, windshield, back door and new lights and bra. You refused to sort that with our insurance so we had to salvage our car. We are completely satisfied with the company we went to for the repairs for far less than what you told us. I will never recommend anyone to come to your company.

Horrible communication. No one knew what was going on with my car, made multiple calls to get updates. They said my car was repairable but insurance didn’t agree but CarStar began purchasing parts for repairs I never authorized. Then had to wait for them to send the parts back and for them to get reimbursed before I could get my total payment. Bad business on their part which increases customers dissatisfaction.

I am laughing at the fact that this says someone will contact me to discuss my satisfaction, no one will call me. I had the worst experience ever with this shop. I have already started a complaint with DORA and the BBB. The people at this shop lost my truck file, my truck sat on their lot for 23ish days before I finally went into the shop and threw a fit, the only way I could get anyone to speak with me was going into the shop and yelling, they never returned my voicemails after having these issues and my truck for 8+ weeks. I drove by to check on my truck multiple times and for 2 days straight the shop had my back window rolled down and it was raining inside my truck, I had to text them and call them to have someone roll up the window, they ended up having to clean the inside of my truck because of the rain they let in the rolled down window. Carlos the shop manager is a complete joke and when I picked my truck up there was damage to my driver seat (rip in the cushion and the seat won’t go up and down now) when I dropped my truck off nothing on the inside was an issue but the shop broke my driver seat. They had my vehicle for 8+ weeks and the entire time it was like pulling teeth to get info about my truck. I will go out of my way to tell people about how shady this place is and I will never use them again, on top of the complaints I have filled with our state about the shop.
