My vehicle looks like new which is ultimately the end result I wanted but it took two full weeks to get it back to me when I was quoted 6-8 business days. When it was time to get my car back, I felt very rushed; like it was my fault I couldn't be there in 30 minutes to pick it up before they closed. That was only after I asked if it was at all possible to avoid ANOTHER day in the shop (another day of rental car charges...). Overall, I'm happy with the work done but the customer service was a little off.

I really liked that Aaron regularly left me a messages regarding the status of the repairs on my car....which included delays due to the age of the car and finding the appropriate parts from across the country. He was genuinely concerned to get it right and for me not to worry.

Absolutely "yes", I was completely satisfied with the recent repair experience at Auto Collision Center/Daly City. The employees especially the estimators, Aaron, who was the main one to personally help me, along with Pablo & Grace (whom I happened to know as officiating her wedding), Laurie (the office manager), her brother and all those in the Auto Collision Center were very warm, welcoming and very helpful. I give "10",the highest in their rating. And I will recommend Auto Collision Center to all my friends and family members.
