The work done on my '05 Prius was done perfectly! Even the hood to my car was done perfectly and wasn't even part of the repair work being worked on. You kept us informed of everything that was being done and sent us updates every day. We appreciate the hard work your team puts into making each job flawless. I got an Estimate for a 3 day tailgate repair and made an appointment for a Tuesday as I needed the truck for the weekend. When I briought it in I was told that maybe it would be done by the weekend. I emphasized I needed it for the weekend and there were 4 days for a three day repair. I called Thursday morning (day3) to check on the truck and was told that it would be done Monday. I explained to Nadine that wouldn't work for me as I had an appointment for a 3 day repair that was turning into 5 days and it was a minor repair. Nadine did do some scheduling adjustments and I was able to get my truck on Friday at close of business (day 4). I appreciate her help. We all work on a schedule so accurate scheduling is important to me as a customer. Thanks
