I shared with Nadine today that unfortunately I have experience with many different body shops (mostly in Maryland between hitting deer and slipping on ice an snow). I've never had a better experience with a body shop. Truly professional, but not afraid to be personal and remember that we are human and inconvenienced by these things. Nadine was concerned that the work took as long as it dod, but I truly appreciated you guys taking the time to do the job right.

Nadine was great. She figured out the damage to the car very quickly. When we told her we were leaving town in a few days, she went right to work to obtain the needed parts. She called regularly to keep us informed of the progress and when we could pickup our car. We got it today and it is certainly as good as new. Thank you Auto Body Excellence - you do excellent work.
