ACTUALLY, NO REPAIRS WERE NEEDED AS CAR WAS CONSIDERED TOTALED. AND YES, I WAS GLAD FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AS I RECEIVED MORE FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAN EXPECTED AND NOW AM DRIVING A NEW TOYOTA WHICH OF COURSE COST MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED TO PAY.

Brad was extremely professional to work with and at the same time very empathetic and caring. I appreciated him, always giving me updates as my car took a long time to repair. There was also some thing that needed adjustment after I had picked up the car, which he quickly took care of within a 24 hour period. I’ve only had the car back a week, and it seems to be doing well, but I am confident that if I had any concern or issue, it would be dealt with quickly, efficiently, and completely. Thank you so much!
