The car was repaired on time, which helped us greatly. And saved 21st Century/Farmers money as we did not have to get a rental car.
Patrick Caro's coordination with 21st Century/Farmers facilitated the repair work, which met our needs.
There were a few minor glitches, nothing major, but Patrick worked with us in a most pleasant manner to our satisfaction.
We will recommend Akins to our friends should a need arise.
Hopefully, we will not have another auto accident, but it is, nonetheless, comforting to know that you are here in Palo Alto, like us, should the need arise.
