Excellent customer service and high quality repair. My only suggestion would be to find a way to accommodate drop-in estimates. To have to return with an appointment for what took less than 10 minutes of an estimator's time seems very inefficient. Other than that minor annoyance, I am very happy!

I'm happy mostly with the service. But i would appreciate an email/phone call when the total number increased a lot from the verbal quotation I was told
Also a suggestion to keep record on the form of the mileage/gas when customer dropped the car to avoid misunderstanding

- Car interior smelled like paint thinner after I picked it up. Took a couple days for the smell to go away.
- When they fixed the wheel, they forgot to reset the Tire Pressure Management System (TPMS). The "Tire Pressure Low" error went off a few hours later due to this and had to be checked and reset.
