On that fateful day when I found my beautiful VUE damaged with no note left my heart sank & I was filled with anger!!! My insurance company (Allstate) along with A Superior Collision came to my rescue immediately l!!! A Superior Collision listened to my concerns, expectations & kept me informed very step of the way. There were a couple of unexpected hiccups with the car rental, the body shop & Allstate came to the rescue!!! Robert & your team I give you a 11 Plus rating!!! OUTSTANDING!!! Your customer service is above and beyond. Pedro doesn't settle for nothing but the best when it comes to getting the right parts to fix your car. Their name suits them well superior. From the first call till the time I drove away in my car I was kept informed of every move.
