The experience was great. The staff was friendly and informative. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and were actually done sooner than was estimated. They did a beautiful job on the repairs. I would highly recommend A Superior to anyone needing car repairs.

Hertz rentals continued to charge my credit card for doily rentals that you and the insurance company were redponsible for. Budget, Enterprise, or Thrifty do not have this stupid policy. If I ever bring another vehicle to you for repairs of any kind, do not give me a frickin hertz rental.
