Through no fault of my own, our car was hit at BJ's parking lot in Plymouth. The long-and-short of it is the subrogation process was grueling. I wan not made whole and, as a result, suffered losses in the thousands. Plymouth Rock Assurance was less than helpful, and Hertz was lacking in customer relations. Lastly, waiting for many months for Mits car parts to arrive was sort of the frosting on the cake!

The staff is so amazing and transparent. The communication was outstanding and they make you feel like "a part of the family". Hopefully I don't need any repairs anytime soon but should the need arise I would always choose Cape Auto Body.

The craftsmanship is poor. Paint orange peeled, tailgate not aligned, fuel door not aligned correctly. Much if the eorj charged to insurance not done or needed
