My first impression of the shop (Greenbrook) was that it is attractive, clean and neat and has a very nice waiting area. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. When my car was taken to Garwood, the people I spoke to on the phone were also very polite and helpful. Most amazingly is that when I asked if there was any way to have the car ready on Tuesday instead of Wednesday, to make it easier to pick up, they got that done. We were very satisfied with Son's service, which can often be a big hassle at other places, and will recommend Son's to others.

The team at Son's was great. My insurance company scheduled the appointment and upon arrival they took care of me. The communication from the team was much appreciated by phone and by text message. The work completed on my car was perfect and it was completed fast. I would highly recommend Son's Body Art. Thank you!

Work appears to be acceptable and very good, dissatisfied with time it took to complete, repair scheduled 2-3 weeks after accident & approved claim, car brought in on March 2nd, told would be complete March 8th, then March 10th then 11th and finally done on March 14th.

The car was supposed to be checked by the mechanics to see what was a rare noise that has but it was never checked no one said anything about it after being there for 3 weeks for other repairs. Very unsatisfied.

Crack in windshield was not even mentioned when I picked up the car. Also car was left with no gas. The needle was below empty

It will be nice if the interior of the vehicle was cleaned. When git my car back the interior was fI'll of whitems poweder. Ir was all over my back seats and trunk. Overall, satisfied with the job, communication, and speed

I thought your initial e mail Implied a little more ongoing info than actually happened. I was very pleased with the coordination of insurance, rental car and repair.
